Inspiring others to be authentic, Caroline’s path to authenticity has led her to study the creative and healing arts on a deeper level.
Combined with studies in science and education, she brings a wealth of understanding and care to all her practices.
Caroline completed her Reflexology Diploma (with Distinction) at Holistic College Dublin with excellent tuition from Alison Kavanagh, who received her training from Dwight Byers, the nephew of the pioneering Eunice Ingham (‘Mother’ of modern Reflexology).
Caroline is a member of the Irish Reflexologists’ Institute Ltd. (I.R.I.L.)
Along with presenting her ‘Authentic Reflexology’ therapy and workshops at National well-being events, Caroline has been featured on RTE’s Nationwide (TV) and regularly talks about reflexology on local radio stations. Her reflexology blogs reached the finals of Ireland Blog Awards in 2015 & 2017.

Life drawing has always been important to me. In childhood I spent hours observing, capturing the scenes and objects I found in my path. Returning to art much later, I attended life-drawing classes at RHA and NCAD, Dublin, Ireland.
My art is somewhat self-taught but largely influenced by my studies at the Bel Canto School of singing, which encourages a deeper level of self expression overall.

Bringing light to our innate talents is a worth-while life purpose. When I discovered The Bel Canto School of Singing, I was overjoyed to hear that good singing is a matter of learning and understanding that singing is not about how you sound but rather about the way you tell a meaningful story.

Travels in Peru have had a huge impact on my desire to write and share my stories, inspiring a novel and my first blog ‘Wild Star Landing’ which has featured in Ireland Blog Awards in recent years.
In 2017, I became an author for the first time! My first book ‘The Whisperings of Nature’, is a collection of nature-inspired poems offering comfort, wisdom and inspiration.
