Inspiring others to be authentic, Caroline’s path to authenticity has led her to study the creative and healing arts on a deeper level.
Combined with earlier studies in science and education, she brings a wealth of understanding and care to all her practices.
Caroline began her training and study of Reflexology at Holistic College Dublin with excellent tuition from Alison Kavanagh, who received her training from the renowned Dwight Byers. It is exciting to consider this lineage of training, as Dwight Byers is the nephew of the pioneering Eunice Ingham, the ‘Mother’ of modern Reflexology. Caroline is a member of the Irish Reflexologists’ Institute Ltd. (I.R.I.L.).
Caroline has presented Authentic Reflexology therapy and workshops at Ireland’s Mind Body Spirit Fair, appeared on Irish TV (Carlow County Matters) and local radio stations. Her ‘Authentic Reflexology’ blog has featured in Ireland Blog Awards in recent years.
